I've been making some dandelion wine and it's finished but I just can't get it to clear.
I've degassed the wine (it seamed to have hardly any gas in it at all), waited a few days but no clearing going on at all so I added the recommended dose of Kwik Clear finings (1ml of A & B). The wine didn't clear at all after 4 days so I added the same amount of finings again. This time it did generate some lees but it is still very cloudy/hazy.
The recipe did include a lemon and an orange so do I have a pectin problem? Maybe I should try degassing again? ... or do I just need to have some patience!
