Hi, i would like to try and make a full 23ltrs of wine number 1. Ive bought the juice, basically just 5x basic recipe for 1 gallon. However im a bit stuck as what amounts of yeast, citric acid etc to add. Could anyone help me out please, thanks.

The yeast sachets from the home brew shops etc, are usually for "UP TO" 5 gallons i.e. don't matter if it's one gallon or more, if it's up to 5 then just chuck the whole sachet in (it's a total PITA trying to split it and then keep the unused part anyway)......Women will never be equal to men until they can walk down the street with a bald head and a beer gut, and still think they are sexy.
