Looking for help
I've made a 5 gallon batch of wine no 1, after a successful 1 gallon batch.
I increased the juice level to 15 lt and sugared it to an OG of 1086.
I've fermented out to 0.992, but the wine tastes sweet. Why would it be sweet when it has fermented to dry, and can I do anything to change it.
I used 8 ltrs waitrose grape juice and 7 ltrs apple juice
