    My nearest HB shop IS called Arkwrights . He's really a corner shop but specialises in HB kits, unusual whisk(e)y's, country wines etc. He also owns a property nearby where he will press your fruit for you.

    As his shop is small, his stock is limited on the premises and I usually buy over tintanet. As he's only 5 miles away it's no problem to nip over there when I've run out of something I need eg specialist yeast, fermentation bucket, whisky for a friend's birthday .

    He's always friendly and helpful and he is on the net and also does mail order. http://arkwrightshomebrew.com/

      I feel a little guilty now, my nearest home brew shop is less that 5 minuits walk.

      The trouble is I tend to spend a lot more poping inther once a week for new supplies.
