Sultanas in beer recipes

Has anyone tried adding sultanas to a beer recipe, I can;t help but think they would be compiemtary.

Perhaps an OSH variant ?

Is there a 'n grams Sultanas = n grams granulated sugar' stylie guide/calculator?

Has anyone tried similar?
