    I have the Roger A Morse Book - some interesting reading in there even some of the old ideas are very much in use today. Cheers - great to have someone in the library resource --I have found at least in many libraries and also book store that there is very little books available for purchase or loan on home wine or mead making? Cheers DAW

    The Mrs. is continually digging through the lib for recipes...Auld England Mead recipes. Like the British Wine Maker Book posted here, only by references. She finds many in publications out-of-date. Copyright expired, so we can upload/download... them as we will, credits noted:
