If anyone is interested, M&D homebrew supplies in Wakefield have a number of California Connoisseur Pinot Chardonnay 1 gal kits at £8 each. I bottled one a couple of weeks ago and tried a bottle last night and even at this early stage it is very good. The date on the kits are a bit short but the yeast is still ok for 18 months. I am going to get a couple more to "play with". £1.33 a bottle aint too bad.
