For the price i love this kit wine i have just started to sweeten my wines i have left this one a bit longer than normal to ferment i think it has finished reading 1002 for a few days now i am looking to sweeten it up a tad it says in the instructions to put the stabaliser in and then sweeten would you sweeten it straight after the stabaliser or wait a few days or would you sweeten after filtering.It also never mentions in the instructions to rack the wine after fermentation which i think is a bit poor, it also says add finings then agitate well would you put the stabaliser in now sweeten and add the finnings and start to degass all in one night or would you do it over a couple of nights.Before i just used to drink the wine from what it finished at but now i think it would taste much better from being a little sweeter.
