  • Cellar Craft, Grape Kit

Cellar Craft - Showcase Collection - Amarone with "Super Pack" grape pack - great kit, oaked, heavy bodied and dry. Wonderful aromas from this wine kit - I give it a 5 out of 5. DAW

DAW, Was this kit sugar inclusive? Was this an easy kit to make in comparison with others or was it more involved and how long before you drank any?

RS - No sugar to add. Very easy to make. The kit comes with a straining bag, you dump the large grape pack in there and away you go. Mine is about 1 1/2 years old now; we started drinking this last March and there is maybe 8 bottles left. It is great - I am planning to purchase another. We all love this wine kit - very expensive if you go to purchase a bottle at the vendors. As you probably know these grapes are dried in the sun before they are used thus really concentrating the flavors. There are other Amarone kits - I think this is one of least expensive? I really like the grape pack kits - there is a world of difference. Cheers DAW
