    vimto cordial wine

    to make 2 gal,s of vimto wine.
    1 litre,vimto cordial.
    3lb of bananas.or 2lb of raisins.
    4lb of sugar.
    1 cup strong tea, half per gal.
    1tsp yeast compound,per gal.
    Method,
    simmer the vimto for 15 min,had half of the sugar and leave to cool.
    boil the bananas until soft then strain of the juice and allow to cool.
    put equal quantitys of the ingredients in the demijohns,leave to ferment.
    then had the rest of the sugar over the next 7 to 10 days.
    tip, turn the sugar in to a syrup beforehand.
    I leave the vimto wine for at least 6 month,its ready
