Good afternoon all.
Thought i would share my Borollo with you all.
I used to get my labels printed offin my last company but now i have left and dont have a printer at home i decided to try some writtable labels. (Need to pick up a printer)
Well first off i would like to thank BennyBoys Entourage for writting on the labels as my fingers are only used to typing on a keyboard .
This Borollo has a slight sweetness to it when it was young and was quite nice. Just o you know i am nto a big fan of red wine i prefer my fruit and white wines but this was made just to prove how superior home wine making can be. (to myself) I can only think of one other red wine that was better and that was purchased via a wine merchant and properley aged via my Grandad.
You see i'm not a big fan of the after taste of red wine, but this aftertaste seems to have mellowed that.
Anyways enough of my ramblings, on to the wines:
Green Bottles and deep red wine = a very dark looking wine
What do you think?
