I cant believe how much attention this recipe has got

and to think it started out as a quick experiment that i thought i would have a go at just for a laugh

I'm tempted to do a bin full of this stuff in readiness of a weekend coming up where most of the people there drink cider

but the cost of filling a brew bin

we finished the last of mine off at the weekend and I bow down to those who said it gets better the longer its kept - you're right - theres none left now

I have 1 gallon thats just finished, it tastes yummy as is, i have put 2 litres into a scrumpy jug, i will drink it without carbonating, the rest is in bottles primed so it will carbonate.

cant believe how good it tastes, I will probably start 5 gallons at the weekend

        regards

I have lots of honey (25lb) to hand, im going to make 5 gals of Joe Mattiolis ancient mead which will take up 17 1/2 lbs so may use the rest in a turbo Cyser

            whoo hoo

need to get the name of the honey guy (he has loads and loads of hives) from Alan at homebrew supplies, I chatted to him briefly but forgot to get his name and number

            cheers
