  • Fortification?

Bob I am thinking that you would like this part of the form for any questions concerning fortification and trying to determine the desired alcohol content of a wine that is being fortified or blended. And also the direct question concerning the liquors? Cheers DAW

This area was requested by members to discuss all things liqueur, it will go along the lines you guys wish, but I suppose general topics would be recipes (do we need a separate liqueur recipe section?) levels of fortification, methods of preparation...

    hmmm

maybe I should have thought it through more......

I think you've done well, and it's fine as is.

I would think most people would start a new thread with their recipes anyway, and all tucked in to one 'banner' should be enough, don'tcha think?
