Photos of my wine number one

I swerved away from Bobs recipe for dry wine number 1 as I could only get hold of red grape juice and here it is......

Its the one in the middle with the yellow label, here it is close up.

Tastes nice too! some shots of other stuff on the go ...

Wine No 2 finished also, just now waiting for the kiwi to clear and we are golden.

that covers an awful lot of different types of Winemaking, from dry to sweet, from juice to pulp ferments.

fortification and dessert style wines may be covered later.

anyone got any ideas on what might be a good subject for the next steps for newbies?

any newbies got any questions, or things they would like a tutorial on?

do feel free to speak up

Already done that was me sampling with me dad !

I'd like to look at possibly trying a tinned fruit wine like peach (possibly tinned) or something seasonal if that's at all possible (not snow though) or a nice currant/raisin/rice wine??

or what would you regard as the nicest red/white made from fruits from the supermarket

                    over to you Bob
