  • Apple Wine

Hello Boys and Girls, i thought i would share some more pics.

I started this Apple wine sometime in October (will need to check notes) from real fruit etc.

I thught i would post some shots of it:

This is before in secondary fermentation

Last week i stopped fermentation, added a Campden tablet and left for a week.

Yesterday i racked it and this is what it looks like now

The apple wine is sitting next to a kit wine muscat i also racked off yesterday
Now i am going to leave the Apple wine to bulk age till the summer and bottle it.

Benny, if it's not actively fermenting, it should be topped up to within an inch of the bottom of the stopper.

      Looks good... mmm... apple.
