Yes, this is made from the Concord grape and is 100% juice so doesn't need water adding (if its the same stuff I used). It makes a good wine but the flavour is very different IMO from what you expect having been brought up largely on european grape varieties. Again my opinion but a bit of acquired taste but nevertheless good wine.
If it were me, I think I would tone down the concord flavour somewhat by blending 50:50 with something like Blackcurrant nectar or apple juice and use probably 3 litres (max) of that juice in the (imperial) gallon making the rest up with sugar syrup to 1.080.
