Has anyone ever heard of them?
I believe they are a Canadian company (ABC Cork?). I've made the Chardonnay, quite nice, not too buttery, but nice.
ease of making: 10/10
clarity of instruction: 8/10
value : 8/10 - I bought it off of ebay.
flavour: 8/10
boquet: 8/10 (but I drank it too early)
Clarity: 10/10
Color: 9/10 (a bit watery)
Finish: 8/10
Equivalent value of shop bought wine: lower end chardonnay
69/80 = 86%
I think it could have improved if I had just waited a little bit longer for aging. I would recommend at least a year, as the acid seemed high for the wine, but knowing what I know now, it would have smoothed out a lot had I aged it properly.
And it was very easy to degas.
