        Hi, its Jak here, sure some of you have heard of me before, been making wine for 20 months and got 48 gallons of different flavours on the go.

                          Just came over from the old site, Great web site I have learned alot and I have only been a member a short time.Just started another batch on Sunday,I am using the information I have learned and I feel alot more confident . 30 gallons of an alagante, ziff, mix bubbling away.

                                Hi I'm Paul, aka genie, and I live in Telford (well someone has to) and run a chain of 4 hbs's around the Midlands.
                                I'm a keen winemaker although I must admit i only make wine from kits (for research purposes and to give samples in store) and tend to stick to the 15-16 litre kits (because I love good wine).
                                This post could end up anywhere as I don't do technology - the internet still remains a mystery to me.
                                Anyway its fun to be here and I hope you let me in to play.
