              there are no tins left in the cupboards.......they have all been emptied into fermenters!

                      Wow!

                      That looks great! I will venture into the winery tonight, time permitting. I'd like to rack and filter my elderberry wine (tastes pretty darn good right now, if I may add) tonight. We'll see, however, if I have enough time to do so.

                      I will try to take some pics when I do.

                      Well, I WILL take pictures, but my camera is not the greatest.

                      Off to work first, though!

                        The Four Carboys in the front contain beer i made from All Grain, they are:
                        1. Murphy's Stout clone
                        2. Dark IPA (my own recipe)
                        3. Directors clone
                        4. Single Malt (Golden Promise) with Honey (my own recipe)

                        Then we have:
                        5 Gallon of Wine #1
                        5 Gallon of Selection Yamhill Pinot Noir
                        5 Gallon of Wine #1 Rose

                        Up top from back to front is a selection of "experiments"
                        1. Welch Purple Grape, 100% Ribena Blackurrant and red grape concentrate
                        2. Ribena 100%, Welch Purple and Apple Juice
                        3. Apple juice and Bluberry Juice
                        4. Apple Juice and Ribena x2 (one with a smidge of Tannin)
                        6. Greek Currant
                        7. California Sultana

                          ...nothing wrong with labels facing the same way, it's when you've got the tins set out in alpabetical order that it's a bit weird...
