I might have to try one just now actually... not sure I can wait till next week

Now... I'm not sure HOW this happened, but it has...
But I have just found the Elderberry and Bramble Port at the very back of my wine rack.
I was going to have a glass of commercial port, and the 250ml bottle that Bob send my waaaaaaaaaaaaaay last year was behind it

Very surprised that I forgot about this... and its bloody lovely
      Thanks Bob

Edit... I hope my port turns out half as good

            • Is the wine exchange still ongoing?

I've got some 37.5cl bottles of dessert wine that's really good, or some wines from kits or some bottles of Elderberry (although it's still quite young).

I'd be happy to exchange any of these with others on here.

I'd be happy to post (although if anyone living in Bristol sees this thread then maybe we could do a few bottles).

              PS.
It's probably be best to keep it within the UK due to postage costs. Yesterday I posted a small book to Finland and it cost me £11 - shudder to think how much a bottle of wine would cost to ship out of Britain!

                • We normally send thenm in the post in 250ml pet bottles (same ones we use for VWC)

but any 250ml pet would do, as it cuts down on postage, and its enough for 2 glasses

Unfortunately, we in the USA can't reciprocate.

It's illegal to send alcohol in the US post, and private couriers such as FedEx or UPS don't allow for overseas alcohol shipments, either.
