Was thinking of somethign far more good looking
Something todo with those aluminium rugs they give to car crash victims and Abi's (BennyBoys Entourage) Sewing
They would look the nuts then
My aim is to get that table filled up with DJ's and Carboy's fermenting then take them out to the shed to age.
My next 5 gallon will be a white wine - Beaverdae Piesporter maybe, any one tried it?

Right, now i have a dilema.
i need to top up the carboy and here are my options:
Red wine grape juice concentrate (youngs).
Water
marbles
I am tempted by the Grape juice but never used it before, anyone used it before in there 5 gallon kits?
Thanks for the reply'sWiner Swapper Extraordinaire

Has it been stabilised and sorbated ??
If it has, I would use the marbles... .. The grape juice will only sweeten if you top up with that.
If you haven't stabilised and sorbated...
But this is the first time you have tried this kit, I would use the marbles or water...
It just gives you a point of reference, as to whether you like that particualr kit or not, without additions.
Although, having said that.. how much do you have to top up by ??
Personally if its more than a cupful of water (a cup not a mug) I would use the marbles
Hope this helps

Yep Carole is right don't use the concentrate, it will knock the whole balance of the wine out, marbles are ideal or water if not too much or a simular finished wine.Discount Home Brew Supplies

It has just finished fermentation and i havn't racked or added anything to it yet.
Havn't taken cap off yet as i didn't want to disturb the CO2 bubble till i had decided.
Ok i'll do the marbles, will need to rack into a bucket put marbles in then rack back again though.
Unless is there a better way of adding marbles to a filled carboy?Winer Swapper Extraordinaire
