    Well, I managed to wait 2 weeks before opening the first bottle.

    Tell you what, this is decent. Nice and fruity, quite similar to the Sauvignon Blanc we tried at Grapefest (Richard_S??).

    Recommended? If you want a good, drinkable white that's a piece of cake to make for about £1.70 a bottle - yes.

      It works out at about £1.23 a bottle if you do the 5 gal kit.

        The Chardonnay is very nice if left for six months plus, I found a bottle stashed away that was a year old and was surprised how nice it had become. Not sure if the kits are ment to be left that long
