    OK

I'm thinking that taking two varities is the way to go...

for Reds it will be Ciliguilio ( a consistent performer....worthy red wines can be produced....and yummy roses)

and trebbiano, a crisp white fruity variety that if processed properly can make great wine

I need an indication of who wants what (numbers) of course it will depend on costs.... lets say it will be £10 per box (hope it will be less but assume it wont)

    who is in?

(I need more feedback than I have had thus far)

      I thought you'd never ask

I'm not sure I understand your post - are you intending to buy only one red and one white?

      I'm looking at :

      8 trebbiano
      8 Sangiovese
      7 Merlot / Cilegiolo

      ... and a second mortgage

        Well........

because it needs planning ahead of time, i thought two varieties was the way to go......

but maybe I'm wrong?.......happy to do otherwise, but Im left feeling (currently) that I'm doing all the work, and getting not much (you excepted Pete) feedback.

I'm also having a really really difficult time at work, and I'm feeling particularly plargh.....(but enough of that)

I do "sometimes" run out of enthusiasm......so lets hear some orders?

You want some orders? OK .....

I ORDER you to get me some Merlot

          How's that?

Seriously, 2 different reds would be great, but I'll go along with whatever plan you come up with. I appreciate all the work you are putting in.

I'm still a definite maybe.. But I'd like 10 gallons red for me, 5 for a lad I'll be bringing with me

I'd like either Sangiovese or Montepulciano, wasn't over keen on the cilegilio. (Pete's was a lot darker than mine, but mine seems to be a pleasant darker rose wine)

I'm getting mine direct from Brian (don't think i can make grapefest again ), do i still have to post my numbers here or does it not matter? I spoke to brian a few days ago and he sounded pretty hopeful merlot would be available so fingers crossed.
