    Top job, it seems you guys have it sorted, just as an extra should bottles received by the judges be rested for a week or so before being judged ? we all know the results of bottle and transport shock. I agree also numbers not names for posted judges comments, also rather than just posting comments on a faulty wine we should also post a prevention / remedy of that fault and possible ways to make improvements if possible.

    Good point Karl, the wine would have to be re-bottled quite some time before the being sent in for judging and then given time to rest.
