      Well,

I plan to start experimenting again this year. I got 5 1/2 gallon DJs from Boblet this christmas.

I think it's time to put Bolton out of commision at the National.

I have no idea how much I'm going to do this year, but hopefully I'll be less of a headless chicken than I was last year

I hope I'll be able to get even more from Grapefest, and maybe some local grapes. I'm not going to ferment anything that moves, as in 2008.

            It's the oppersite for me...

After entering my first two competitions last year and having moderate success, I am now hoping to be able to enter more classes / catagories.

I just started 3 gallons of red concentrate, 3 gallons of white concentrate and 2 gallons of rose-hip..... Not bad for starters.

I am planning at least 45 gallons this year, as I have been on the beer brewing I have no stockpile, so need to get a few kits on the go o stock up before the country wines get stored.
Beer wise I have 3 kegs full of different ales, with another 7 kits ready to make and at least a dozen AG brews planned.

I plan on getting my bulk ageing wines bottled and resisting starting any more.

May be a house move towards the end of the year, and working away doesn't help with the care and attention new wines need.

I would like to get the 2 whites in the WE ltd Ed range this year though.

I don't know how it works in the UK, but I have my NZ Gewurztraminer already.

I won't be starting it for a couple of weeks, gotta get some carboys emptied first. (4 batches ready to filter.)

Not at all, most of us brew lots at a time so we can get it in storage, the best wines often need many months to mature, and so the more we make the more we can mature so we can always have a decent wine at any time its needed.

                              Exactly so!

(but I do get pickled occasionally!)
