          Sodium or potassium metabisulphite, campden tablets are the tablet form, measured and binded with other agents to produce a tablet, sulphite is the pure form in powder. Ask your home brew supplier, they should sell it, but dont confuse it with campden powder as that will also contain non sulphite products.

                Watch out when mixing Jay, the fumes are quite breathtaking to say the least.

                        I've used it, good service, I don't know if they're on holiday or not though


                        EDIT:

                        "We shal be closed from Sunday the 15th of February 2009 until Tuesday 3rd of March 2009 inclusive for our annual holiday.
