Great news about the Merlot and new crusher/de-stemmer, should give us more drinking/horseplay time.

A few tips for those attending who have never attended before.

          1. Bring more buckets (primary fermenters) than you think you need, reds take a lot of room up due to the volume of skins. I will take 2x5 gallon buckets for my 6 boxes of grapes.

          2. Wear old clothes for the grape processing part of the day as you WILL get covered in red grape juice.

          3. If you need any bits of equipment, yeast, oak etc, let Karl know as he might be able to bring it on the day.

          4. Bring some of your best home produced wines and/or beers for errm, "evaluation".

          5. Read about our previous exploits at Grapefest on the forum.

          6. Read Goldseal's "virgin guide to Grapefest"

          7. Enjoy your self - see you there.

              Final Pricing structure

We will need to have two delivery runs because of extra numbers, I have added £1 per box for delivery, so prices are:

              Cilieguilio £7.50 per box
              Merlot £7.70 per box

              happy days
