Will there be one for the least points? I've a feeling I may well stand a better chance

yes there just might be a virtual wooden winemaking spoon..... However, I think I'm closer to that than you... You don't, perchance, make onion wine, do you?

No, but I have considered "garlic and melba toast"

Well there are nearly 20 garlic plants going in the back garden and my own bread makes good melba toast so will be almost completely home made...

Might make a gallon batch for a laugh haha....

Sorry I may be taking this thread off track

garlic I've made.... not bad really... I don't cook, so I can't ascertain if it's a good cooking wine or not... To drink, it's not bad either, if you don't quaff it before...

I do cook and quite regularly, a budding chef so to speak, it might be quite good for that...

I had also contemplated "nutmeg" but then considering the "hallucinagenic" nature of some of the oils and their increased solubility in alcoholic solutions I declined...

I don't mind a bad hangover so much, as they seldom happen, but I do like to feel like I'm still on the planet throughout and after the experience, haha...

of course you can do kit wines in dry red/white!

And in the open, if you'd like!

Just write what grape it is (Malbec, or Riesling, etc)

                              anything goes!

                              M.
