    Thanks for this, after racking today it looks like my dryish white is actually medium sweet at 1.008
    The good news is that it's too sweet for SWMBO but I find it strangely quaffable

          Just to remind everyone who's entering that there is an FAQ sheet with lots of helpful/important information on the comp.

          I'd suggest everyone downloads it and prints it out.
