Thanks everyone, really enjoyed the meeting last night. It's clear that just in 'virtually' hanging out in the chat room, plenty of people are willing to share their tips and knowledge. It's going to make learning fun, and I can't wait for next months meeting :-)

Sorry about bailing during the meeting folks, the missus was going a bit mental at and I had to bail post haste.

Ooohhh... sorry everyone. I missed it, I'm afraid. Had to attend my mom-in-law's 75th birthday party.

I hope it was a productive gathering.

Billybuntus, is that Bob's leek pudding recipe? I do have to try that.

                        Gents,

Sincere apologies for disappearing just as things were about to get going. Internet connection died and stayed that way. Worst possible time of course. Look forward to the next one. Smart enough to write down the Yellowtail Shiraz though

Looking forward to the next one with a sturdy broadband connection.

If I make it again.....(and I most certainly will) so its WHEN I make it again I will be likely to reduce the cream content by about 30 - 40%.......and increase the leek content by about 20%
