    This is the recipe from Clone Brews, 200 Clone Recipes. ISBN-10: 160342539X

    I'll admit this beer is only in the secondry as I post this but it is fantastic already. I can only imagine what age will do to it! I may have fudged it a little as this is taken direct from my brewing software and my copy is currently with a friend, but this is more or less what I made

    0.41 kg Caramel/Crystal Malt - 60L (60.0 SRM)
    0.34 kg Chocolate Malt (450.0 SRM)
    0.14 kg Black (Patent) Malt (500.0 SRM)
    33.99 gm Northern Brewer [9.26 %] (60 min)
    8.50 gm Styrian Goldings [3.90 %] (15 min)
    1 Pkgs Irish Ale (White Labs #WLP004)

    Mash at 66.7 °C for 1 hour.
