there is a little general footage of the people in attendance

    then there were three talks

Grape wine making (cellar_rat) running time about 1 hour
Acid, SO2 and MLF testing (koomber) running time about 50 mins
Fruit processing methods (kampervan) running time about 30 mins

Would have gone on for longer if he had used a bigger gas cannister.

                      You did .

Very informative (and entertaining) it was too.

Put me down for a copy please Bob.

Hopefully it doesn't come with Bonus Features (i.e. footage of the evening).

Thankfully, no bonus features (still have the 2009 footage to use for blackmail purposes)

uploading also to youtube, although youtube messes with the widescreen video

                        www.youtube.com/winesathome

kampervans juice extraction is up there now,

                        other two to follow.

Hard copies of DVD now available. They didnt turn out as well as I had hoped (mainly due to noise from next doors kids party) will do them differently next year though, but at least i learned how to do picture in picture

                          Koombers talk

                          (Brians to follow)

sorry for the adverts appearing, but allowing adverts allows the video (1 hour) to be uploaded complete

                          enjoy!
