    Paying
Same as before- please make a transfer to account 29 36 26 60 sort code 30-84-52 name B Peacock.
Remember to put your WaH name in the reference – this will save you paying for other peoples grapes !

I would rather not use Paypal, as there is a fee to pay.

    Confirmation
When monies arrive I will update the spreadsheet attached to THIS POST (in PDF format) as confirmation.
If you don’t make it onto the spreadsheet – just panic
On the last Wednesday before Grapefest (19th September) I will put the final orders on the PDF and we can all check it.
Thursday noon is the deadity dead deadline.

    Delivery
All grapes, which have been paid for, will be on the spreadsheet, will be delivered to Grapefest.

    Communications
Last year this worked brilliantly. PLEASE! Lets use the forum – it organised things much better than loads of phone calls & emails etc etc (which only result in me scribbling on fag packets, which often grow legs and run off – never to be seen again)

SEASONAL NOTES. Harvest is early this year and grapefest is later - so please state you second choice if your first is unavailable.
This PARTICULARLY APPLIES TO MERLOT a mid season crop.
For those of you who remember the infamous Giliegiolo - no chance - it has already finished!!
Some on the new varieties might be in sort supply.

DON'T PM me please, simply because it is something I don’t remember to check often enough.

I think thats it - any questions post em here and I will do my best

            Brian

I've googled Italian Monty white and drawn a blank. Could you supply any further information as to what grape it is?

You and I have the same problem - I was only doing two batches this year - now I just don't know!! I have got to find a home for several litres of White Seyval - it is just taking up tank space, and let's be fair nobody needs that much vinegar.

go Shiraz you know it makes sense (oops did I say that out loud)

PS. I will have a tot up in the morning and produce the first PDF once everybody has had chance this evening.

Can someone refresh me as to the approximate amount (gallons or litres) a box equates too ?

I can't search for the thread that explains that, as the bleeding builders have managed too kill the home phone and broadband at the moment, and I'm pretty sure most know how long it takes to do anything on a smartphone........

                          Very approximately 1 box = 1 gal.

unless it's primitivo though and then one box equals a glass
