One of the blokes I meet through work, is a bit of a "girlie" when it comes to his drink.
He likes "Baileys".......
I'm not a big fan of this kind of beverage, but it got me thinking.
So, 1 bottle of "Irish Cream" flavouring, 1 "cream base" pack, a half litre of vodka later and I was off.
The vodka and flavouring are mixed ready.
250mls of warm/hand hot water goes into a large bowl and you slowly whisk in the "cream pack" (I cheated and just ran an electric whisk in the water and poured the powder into the balloon of the whisk).
Once the powder is dissolved into the water, you can mix the vodka/flavouring mix in.
Bingo! Irish cream.
The actual instructions say to top the mix up to 1125mls with water, but when I mixed it as above, it came to 1200mls. So I just bottled it.
Once it was cooled, I, erm, sort of tested it..........
Let's just say 9 out of 10........
