  • Cooking beer?

I throughly enjoy making AG beer. Working out the recipe and the process to make the best I can.

However I always want to drink the latest and greatest . . . which can leave some previous on the shelf.

Any idea what I can do with it. If it was courgettes I would make soup .. but Beer ??

Well the only thing personally I can think of is to make an enormous amount of batter for your fish.

However the French and the Belgians cook with beer quite a bit in certain regions. So see here. http://www.750g.com/recettes_biere.htm

You may enjoy the first one (House Wild Boar). Happy to translate if required.

Yum. More or less a batter mix anyway.

        Maybe drizzled with warm marmite?

Beer in Stews is a treat deglaze the pan and add a little in the base. Meat pies as well very good. Making myself hungry.

Left over beer? is there such a thing?

Invite some friends over to drink free beer. I usually find that's a fine way to empty a keg.
