  • A question on bottling!

Hi all, I've left both my 30 bottle kits to settle as per instructions , one was still very cloudy so left it in the carboy(I know this will be fine to be left indefinitely) but the other kit was clear, so I siphoned it into the primary fermenter to avoid bottling settled sediment, sterilised bottles, then after extensive searching could not find my corker anywhere.
The wine is still sat in the primary, with a bung and airlock in. Will this be ok for a few weeks? I know the corker is somewhere and I don't want to fork out another £20 plus !
I also don't want to lose 60 bottles worth of damn fine plonk!

    What are your thoughts?

Presumably the PF is a opaque plastic one like this?

If it is AND MOST importantly it is filled to the BRIM with the absolute minimum airspace. It will be OK for a couple of weeks. It will breathe far more in this type of plastic which can be beneficial, BUT it can only be used short term.

PS I have a two hand corker going begging - PM me.
