    Default Winemaking 2.0. Back in the kitchen

    Its been a while and I really need to do some bottling and racking - very behind on that. So what's a winemaker to do when he finds the kitchen/winery free. Put on a new batch of course

    Cheers Brian - a little ashamed to admit to you that this was a white batch (but the bottling, racking etc I need to do is definitely red) :-)
