                Enolmatic degassing

Well here is a kit wine that was degassed over a year ago and has bulk aged ever since, placed it on a heat mat to get the temperature up and used my enolmatic to degass and filter it before bottling, can't believe how much CO2 was still in it!
I'm trying really hard not to get paranoid over this degassing business.

People keep telling me they have never degassed this much, or haven't had trouble with it, then I take some of their wine and give it a shake............

Degassing wine with boiling stones vs marbles or nothing added. Boiling stones are much more effective than either marbles or no nucleation generators. The b...
