2 gallons barley wine
3 gallons IPA
3 gallons bitter
Put together an extract must at OG1.100 added 1 lb homey and 1lb brown sugar boiled 2.5 gallons of it with 65 g goldings at start of boil and 15 g last 15 mins
watered down remainder to 1.060 and boiled with 50g goldings and 10g for last 15 mins
then watered remainder to 1.034 and boiled with 50g northern brewer and 15 g goldings at last 15 minutes
been meaning to try this as an experiment for ages, we shall see how they turn out
opened the bottle in my fridge labelled SWMBO ale
i think koomber left it here, or DaveH...its fab...whoever it was, many many thanks and could i have the recipe please?
