forgotten moss

hi,

was rushing yesterday while brewing some bitter (burton special). anyway, i forgot the whirlfloc when i put in the late hops. do you think it will make much difference to the finished pint? should I put some finings in before bottling?

There may a bit of Protein haze but it will not effect the flavor at all. You could fin with a bit of gelatin or cold store for an extra couple weeks to drop out the extra goodies.

It might take a bit longer to clear. Get some more on the go, and leave this one to age!
