looks interesting....is the plan to attach it, invert it and let the yeast settle in the neck and then just chuck the first 1/4 pint away (abit like draining from a conical fermenter?)?

Only thing to watch from what i see is there seem to be two slightly different sizes of pet bottle top diameter kicking about... but if it doesnt work on one it'll work on the other...!
