This is a recipe I made up based around an IPA

And very pleased with it I am too, going to keep the recipe secret as it could be worth millions one day

served through Nitro CO2 mix for a great creamy head

That looks extremely delicious. That is sure not available from the vendors. I would sure like to have some of that. Since I am not able to have a few for me. Great looking beer. Cheers and Cheers Daw

I think I will but the difficult bit is putting some aside in bottles to condition without the compulsion to drink them

I am pleased with the guinnes clone too
After my first success I have tried again and I am very pleased with the results. Recipe this time was: 1 lb Roasted Barley (cracked) 1 lb Flaked Barley 7 lb Pale Malt (crushed) Mashed with 3 gallon of water at 152F (170F strike temp) and teaspoon of Gypsum for around 8 hours. Batch sparged this time with another 3

Got a Courage Directors Bitter ready too , I'll photograph later and an american pils that I have christened Russweiser
