    I have in my possession a 25kg bag of maris otter malt


    I bought a few bags from a brewery going out of business and have one spare...

    very cheap ...collection from knottingley....any takers?

        The mash tun is easy use two plastic buckets. One drill a hole that will fit a spigot very close to the bottom. The other get a 1/16 drill bit turn upside down and drill as many holes as you can and still not break the bottom open inset the one with the drilled bottom into the other and viola a cheap workable mash tun. use a towel or a blanket over top to hold the heat while soaking the grains very workable and easy.

          I can use my 27l lidl jam machine as a mash tun. Sorted. I already have the hops.

              Good idea. I also have 25 litres of white grapes crushed and frozen for you.

                  First tasting. Only just made it, only 1 day in the keg before it was coming out off the tap. We are talking FREEEESH ale.
