  • Hand pump

I use corny kegs for everything - mostly wine. With maxed gas or CO2 at 5 psi.

Recently got a small 9/10 liter one - this would be ideal if I could find some sort of hand pump for it, or a small low pressure co2 system. The sparklets type systems are out 'cos you have no pressure control and it is a one hit per cartridge solution.

    Ideas anyone?

Are you thinking of portability or just dispensing?

There is a CO2 injection system available (I use it)

Does this allow just a little squirt? Can you disconnect it without losing all the gas?

It is the only one I know of that is really portable. There are smaller units that you need a small bottle of CO2 with but you still need the bottle and guages hose ETC.With these I would saturate your brew at home then just use the catridge to dispense. I do not think you can regulate the presure good enough to properly carbonate a small keg with it.

Its only for dispense of wine from a small corny, so I think we have a plan. Might check the prices of refills first?
