Not sure if this is the right place for this.........someone in Romford Essex is selling black grapes for 80p a Kilo.

I spoke to the seller's wife and they have about 50 kilos left for sell and these have been grown outside, not in a greenhouse, they anit carried out a brix test so the sugar levels are unknown.........just got me wondering as when I went to Chapledown Vineyard they said that red grapes dont grow too well in England as you need endless hours of sunshine for a good red grape, hence why they are normally grown in hotter climates or is it that you can grow black grapes ok in the UK but not red grapes?
