Destalk and press - maybe ?

Feeling idle. I have 15 cases of white English grapes to deal with.
Can I press them without crushing them first.

I think I know the answer - even though its a hydraulic press !!

You can indeed, but the yield will be low, as a lot of the berries wont pop

I have considered just burning the grapes and then just giving the chap some Seyval! Two birds one stone.

These have been polytunnel grown and are 24/25 brix. 15 cases. If the acid is a little low (which I suspect it might be) I can add some Seyval later!! Bingo.
