I am planning on "working" the grapes I get this year, using free run juice to make white wine from red grapes as you indicte you wish to have a go at, freezing and thawing (as in steves excellent icewine tutorial) some going through cold soak, some not, producing a rose from reds only macerated for a short while, meaning the remaining juice has more skins per gallon in it....
I'm getting giddy allready (but that might be because the lovely M is due home from work in an hour )
