Well, I have worked out what I'm doing with my 25 boxes ...
9 boxes white:
1 gal -> Mrs. Goldseal
2 gal -> make 1 gal icewine
5 gal white using D47, of which 2 or 3 gal will be batonnaged in DJs (worked well last year)
Sounds like a plan Pete, I certainly plan some rose & some sparkling trebbiano.

Have sent you a PM Bob, am definately coming, and am also going to 'dip my toe in the water' as regards grape wine making!
I know you've posted it somewhere already, but i'm being a bit dense and can't find it- can you post your postcode please Bob, ready for navigational purposes!!
Looking forward to meeting you all - should be fun!

PS - Can i reserve a place in the back garden, am bringing my little utility tent with me to sleep in, unless it's raining, in which case i'll sleep in the car (love my little Vauxhall Meriva, seats fold right down to give you a superb amount of space!)

Still wading through a sea of elderberries, haven't sanitised my fermenters, need to find a pair of jeans, laptop is on the blink, need to find some wine to bring for 'evaluation', stuff everywhere ......
(for those who are wondering what the fuss is about, I have to leave at 10am Friday )
