  • Photos of Tropical Fruit/Coconut Spice after Clearing

Here are three photos of the Tropical Fruit/Coconut - Spice Mead after clearing. For the clearing in this one I used bentonite and then sparkaloid. I find that this combination works very well in white or clear wines. When racking it smelled of tropical fruit/ slight coconut. The taste was sharp, but mellow will be good after ageing. Acid testing, flavor adjustment will be undertaken just prior to bottling in approximately 5 months time. I would like to have it bottled by the time spring runs around - will check every so often to make sure air lock is filled and tight. Cheers DAW - looks like a good one..
