    This is a blackberry mead made from a new variety of blackberries without seemingly smaller pits and therefore allowed to ferment with the skins for the full 7 days of Primary Ferment. The body is great, tart and great color. Should be good after the bulk age process. Cheers DAW

      SG start at 1.090. SG at the end of fermentation .985. Fermented dry. May have to add some sweetness to this one. Possibly honey or corn sugar. Cheers DAW Used Lalvin 71B-1122 and Buckwheat Honey.
